Resolution:
#1 Add the following properties to C:\tibco\designer\5.x\properties.cfg
java.property.TIBCO_TRA_HOME=C:/tibco/tra/domain
java.property.domainName=satya-lt
satya-lt is the domain name. PLease change it accordingly.
#2 Make sure DomainHomes.properties exists in C:/tibco/tra/domain directory.
#3 Please start the Hawkagent and the TIBCO Admin server.
