COM.TIBCO.hawk.talon.MicroAgentException: Failed to get notified for commit 8843 in 300 seconds.
at com.tibco.tra.tsm.TSM.deploy(TSM.java:2712) at com.tibco.tra.tsm.TSM$1.run(TSM.java:3093) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)

Such errors generally occur if there is some RV communication problems within
the domain during your deployment process.
Check your rvd/rvrd logs and see if they are conuming too much memory or falling short
of CPU cycles or using excess of CPU.
Restart the RVRDs/RVDs used in your domain setup, this should solve the problem.
