Description: Symptom: ------------ When a global variable is specified for the parameter 'Number of Threads' for any session under Multithreading Tab, it hard codes the value of global variable after activating the Apply Button. Changes made to the value of the Global Variable does not get reflected in the Multithreading Tab.
Impact: --------- Loss of functionality.
Workaround: ------------------ Follow below mentioned steps to specify GV. 1) Navigate to Advanced folder --> Sessions --> Session for which the multithreading parameter is to be specified. 2) Click Resources --> Edit Extended Properties 3) Go to extendedProperties --> dispatcherCount, double click and edit the property value by giving the global value (say '%%DefaultRVSessionThreadCount%%'). The same value will be reflected in the Multithreading Tab. 4) define a new Global Variable 'DefaultRVSessionThreadCount' for the project.
