Resolution:
The above mentioned error could happen if the batch registry script (mkdbapol.btg, mkpcattr.btg) are NOT getting executed correctly during installtion.
You need to run these scripts using batch registry to resolve this issue. Please take a look at the Batch Registry documention to get more details on how to execute the above mentioned scripts using batch registry in Windows and Unix.
