Resolution:
When using an external WebLogic plugin configured to point to a VirtualRouter server, you may see these messages in the VirtualRouter log similar to this:

Severe: [VirtualRouterServlet] Domain not found for relative URL: /bea_wls_internal/WLDummyInitJVMIds

Requests for /bea_wls_internal/WLDummyInitJVMIDs are used by the WebLogic plugin to update their cluster server list.

The messages are not an issue, as the plugin's routing table is updated from HTTP response headers from actual requests, as well as direct queries to the active WebLogic servers.
