Resolution:
Increase the initial heap size and the maximum heap size in the xmlcanon.tra file (/TIBCO/xmlcanon/3.1/tomcat/bin/xmlcanon.tra). We recommend the settings below, but you can set the maximum heap size to a lower value depending on your system resources:
tibco.env.HEAP_SIZE_INITIAL 512M
tibco.env.HEAP_SIZE_MAX 1024M
