This is usually seen during a multi server cloud startup. Assume B is already connected to A. Now launch C.
Here is the C rtserver.cm file
setopt conn_names C
setopt server_names B,A
C connects to B. Because B is already connected to A, A will see C as an indirect connection. Now C connects to A . A will report C going from "indirect to direct".
