Resolution:
To take benefit of the fix of temporary queue accumulation in EMS server that was introduced in EMS 4.4, you have to use both EMS server 4.4 as well as the clients library from EMS 4.4. The protocol messages exchanged between the server and client were changed to achieve the temporary destination compliance. So, both server and clients need to be from 4.4 releases.
Since the EMS 4.4 is the latest release, its client libraries are not included in any of the existing TRA version (till TRA 5.5.1). So, you should copy all jar files from the /clients/java directory of EMS 4.4 installation to the /TRA_HOME/hotfix/lib folder. After this restart the Adapter and other TIBCO applications, you should not experience the temp queue(s) accumulation in the EMS server any more.
