Resolution:
TIBCO Hawk depends on RV. RVRD will work when used in conjunction with Network Address Translation. However, it will not work when used in conjunction with dynamic NAT. RVRD requires that the IP address associated with an interface remain unchanged throughout RVRD's process lifetime. And this applies to the hawk environment as well.
