The installation instructons say to execute "ss68/bin/rtinit.sh" to start the server, however, the rtinit.sh file (among others) is missing from the "ss68/bin" folder ?

Resolution: It is possible that installation did not complete properly.
Do the following: $ cd <install dir>/ss68 $ install/rtmove
Answer the questions rtmove asks and it will build the scripts that you are missing in the bin directory (this step may have failed during the original install). Now you should be able to go back to the ss68/bin directory and confirm that rtinit.sh (and other scripts) are there.
