Resolution:
The “.changes” file is used by Designer’s WebDAV plug-in to XML Canon to track changes made to BW projects stored in XML Canon. The file is internal to the Web DAV plug-in and remains in the users DAV cache. Therefore, the only way the “.changes” file would have become part of a BW project is if a user copies the project from his/her .tibco-dav cache folder.
