Resolution:
This error from RTserver means the protocol would break if we ignored the message in question and continued processing messages on the connection, so the conn is dropped instead. If this is a connection to a client then the client will discover the lost connection and will automatically reconnect. If it is a connection to an RTserver then it will be recovered on the next server_reconnect_interval.
