Resolution:
you explicitly put <tibrv>\lib\tibrvj.jar in the classpath instead of <tibrv>\lib and check this.
Modify your deployment tra file
sometimes, when you installed many tibco product, there will be more than one RV lib in different product. To avoid the conflict, we should explicitly put <tibrv>\lib\tibrvj.jar in the classpath instead of <tibrv>\lib
