Resolution:
The file libodbc.so belongs to ODBC driver, should be in /tibco/adapter/adorapps/5.3/adb/odbc/lib directory, please put /tibco/adapter/adorapps/5.3/adb/odbc/lib into your LD_LIBRARY_PATH and restart the adapter.
