Resolution:
This message, reported by an RTserver which is initiating a connection to another RTserver, means that the RTserver-to-RTserver priming is second in line while another prime is occurring between the reporting RTserver and some other RTserver. This informational message may be seen when the reporting RTserver has more than one RTserver name in it's server_names list.
