Resolution:
If you will be using the TIBCO Hawk data source you must have TIBCO Rendezvous and TIBCO Hawk installed and must set both the RV_ROOT and HAWK_ROOT environment variabes.

For Example on a windows machine:
RV_ROOT: c:\TIBCO\TIBRV\bin
HAWK_ROOT: c:\TIBCO\HAWK\bin

NOTE: The PATH environment variable should include the bin subdirectory for
HAWK_ROOT and RV_ROOT variables (e.g.: c:\TIBCO\HAWK\bin and/or
c:\TIBCO\TIBRV\bin).
