Description
Resolution:
1. Use AppManage -batchExport to export all the applications from the old domain.
2. Use exportDomainSecurity to export security(users and roles) configuration in the old domain
3. Create a new EMS based domain which requires a database to store domain and application data.
4. Then use AppManage -batchDeploy/-batchUpload to import all applications to the new domain.
5. Use importDomainSecurity to import configuration to the new domain.
