Resolution:
When attempting to start a 64-bit bwengine after following the documented steps.
You may see errors like
com.tibco.infra.repository.OperationFailedException: Repository instance <INSTANCE NAME> is not found
There are some issues with tibrvjsd.jar that cause this.
Please remove tibrvjsd.jar file and just leave %RV_HOME%/lib/tibrvj.jar in engine's classpath to
make this work.
