Description:
ricrvagent does not perform properly when logging in rv_cfg.pro is turned off. Even though logging is suppose to be off log files are continually generated. Once 2018 files are created on windows ricrvagnet dies. The work around is to allow it to create log files and set a log file size large enough so that it is not constantly rolling over to a new log file. Removing the existing log files while ricrvagent is running will not change the 2018 number of files limitation.
Note, the log file size is not followed correctly. The size of the log may range up to twice the size of the allowable limit.
