TIBCO Rendezvous daemon (RVD)  gets spawned when TIBCO IntegrationManager (IM) engine starts based on the RV channel defined.

IM 5.0.2 HF-11 on supported OS .

Resolutions:

Once the IM engine comes up, the RV connections get created and remain connected until the engine stops. If the channels use the same network and service parameters the connection would be shared among the channels. However, the channels using the different service parameters creates the new connection for each. The connections get created for the channel associated with JC (activated/loaded) and task (Signal In & Signal Out) using the channel in process associated with JC (activated/loaded). The created connection remains the same until the engine goes down or an interruption from the RVD side. You can check the details of the connection using the RV web interface.
