Resolution:
SSO does not work properly on a Standalone Secondary Director when using a short hostname, such as http://:8000.

How you might encounter this problem
1) Set up a Grid with a standalone Primary Director, a standalone Secondary Director, and a standalone Broker.
2) Turn on SSO on the Grid-on the Primary Director.
3) Log out
4) In the browser's address bar enter the URL of the Secondary Director, using the short hostname.
5) Log in.
6) You will find yourself at the Grid Dashboard, but it is broken. Links to other pages do not work, but return you to the Login page.

Workaround Options
A) Avoid the situation by using the fully qualified hostname.
B) If you find yourself in the situation described, go to the browser's address bar and manually change the URL to use the fully qualified hostname.
C) Go back to the Primary Directory and turn off SSO. You will then be able to access the standalone Secondary Directory without any problems.
