No, enabling and/or disabling of “Nagle algorithm” either on EMS client or server machine is not configurable. Both EMS client and server set the TCP socket no delay property (by default) while opening the socket connection, so “Nagle algorithm” is disabled on both machines by default. There is nothing special to be done to turn off this feature. However, in case if you still notice that “Nagle algorithm” is in effect in a particular environment, you need to work with your system admin to turn it off.
