Description
Description: A new feature was introduced with BusinessConnect 5.2, Public Smart Routing. Customers have reported issues with transactions getting received in BC (as reported in the audit log) but not getting processed by the downstream protocol. This is because the default cluster for processing transactions has not been saved correctly before DMZ deployment. This occurs even when Public Smart Routing is not used.
To resolve the issue, follow the procedure below:
1. Go to Application Management > BusinessConnect > Configuration, and click on the BusinessConnect hyperlink.
2. Click on the Smart Routing tab to open up the Cluster list, which should be empty.
3. Click on the Map Clusters button.
4. Click on the "No matching rules" hyperlink.
5. Delete the assigned set of FT engines to the rule and click "Save"
6. Assign the correct set of FT engines to the rule and click "Save". Then click "Save" to all subsequent menus.
7. Re-deploy BC. Symptoms:
