Resolution:
There are things that we can do to provide this type of functionality. The first is to dedicate a set of EMS servers for this information and turn off message swapping in these servers. The other is to create the datastore on a RAM disk (memory mapped file space) so that when message swapping is issued it is not actually swapped to a physical disk.
