Resolution:
Please make sure that you are using unique local network and router names across your entire RVRD network, as we have seen similar problems when the local network names are same on the RVRDs. We require that the router names and the local network names are *globally* unique.

If you are not able to find the duplicates, please contact TIBCO Support and send in the following details.

a)   Run ‘tibrvlisten “_RV.>” > rv_adv.txt’, with appropriate service/network specification as used by your
      local network. You should run this for about 45 minutes and send in the file rv_adv.txt for review.
b)   Send in the RVRD log/store files from both RVRDs as well.
