Description
Resolution: When an SSH client is negotiating the key exchange with a server, it may prefer either and RSA key or a DSS key. BusinessConnect's primary preference is DSS/DSA and then RSA. If your SSH server has both, it will advertise its DSS public key which will not match your configured RSA public key of the SSH server. Hence the key negotiation fails, and the error message appears.
The solution to this issue is to upload the DSS/DSA key from your SSH FTP server into BC. This will correct the issue.
