Resolution:
The fix addresses a security vulnerability within Designer, whereby passwords could be improperly exposed to the end-user.
To implement the fix, one must
- install the TRA 5.5.2 HF3 (or higher) onto the developer machine
- ensure that TIBCO Designer is referencing the newly installed TIBCOrt.jar library.
Note. If you do not have TRA 5.5.2 installed, you will be required to first upgrade to 5.5.2. If you have installed TRA 5.5.3 and do use TIBCO BusinessConnect, please contact TIBCO Support by opening a Service Request and reference this FAQ article (#FAQ1-8MEGG3) along with your question.
