Resolution:
To download the SAPJCO/RFCSDK libraries an account with SAP Application support (https://service.sap.com) is required. If you have an existing SAP installation, you can create an account by your own. Kindly contact your SAP team for the same.

1) For RFCSDK Libraries,

The 640 RFCSDK libraries can be downloaded from https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/support and go to

Support Packages and Patches -> SAP NetWeaver -> Technology components releases prior to SAP NetWeaver -> SAP WEB AS -> SAP WEB AS 6.40 -> SAP RFCSDK 6.40 Unicode  -> (Select the required platform). Using SAPCAR utility (available at the same site), extract the file to get the required libraries.

2) For SAP JCO Libraries,

The SAP JCO Libraries can be downloaded from https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/connectors and go to

Connectors -> SAP Java Connectors -> Tools and Services
     - Select the SAP libraries version to be downloaded.

(Note: It is highly recommended to use the latest libraries available (SAP 2.1.8))

     - Select the Installable according to the platform being used.

For e.g.: If HP UX PA RISC 64 bit is used then Kindly select the HP-UX: 64bit PA-RISC
