Description

Resolution:
When using Oracle backend store functionality, if you have multiple concepts with the same name in Business Events but with different properties, will the Oradeploy tool create multiple tables or one table with properties from both concepts? Or do you have to have separate schemas for these concepts?

Resolution

=======

In a given folder/hierarchy, Business Events/Designer does not allow creation of a concept or a resource with the same name. For example, in the folder "\Concepts" you can have only one concept named ConceptA. If you forcibly create another one with the same name then it will be renamed to something such as ConceptA1. If you have mulitple concepts with the same name in a different folder/hierarchy, then the Oradeploy tool creates a unique table for a concept by appending a "$" at the end. For example, if you have three Concepts named Customer, then three tables, D_Customer, D_Customer$, D_Customer$$ are created.
