Description

Resolution:
Some files under .TIBCO folder may have been corrupted during the upgrade. backup and delete .TIBCO folder under user's home directory, and restart the Designer may solve the issue.
That is C:\Documents and Settings\&ltusername>\.TIBCO on windows machine.
