Resolution:
It is not not possible to create two properties on a Parent concept which contains the same Child Concept via TIBCO Designer (contained concepts). This might be possible, if the xml files created by TIBCO Designer for TIBCO Business Events Concepts are modified outside the TIBCO Designer Framework (like using a text editor). This is not a valid configuration.

If you would still like to have the above said configuration in your concepts, then please follow the steps listed below to achieve the above mentioned scenario.

1. Create the base concept with two properties of two concepts that needs to be contained in it.

2. Create two child concepts which inherits the properties from the concept mentioned in 1.

3. Now the two child concepts created in 2, can be contained in a  concept (Parent Concept)

I get the following exception, when deleting a parent concept with two child concepts. How to Solve it? Exception : java.lang.RuntimeException: Inconsistent parent
