Resolution:
As of June 18 2008, the latest version of InConcert is version 7.3 and supports Oracle 10g (10.2.x). It does not support Oracle 11.
Currently, there is no roadmap for a newer version of InConcert that may support Oracle 11. Any new version will most likely be dictated by customer demand.
