This is a known issue in BE 2.x and can happen when attempting to insert a string > 4000 characters to a varchar2(4000) field (max. size is 4000). Check your Business Events project to see if there is a possibility of having more than 4000 characters in a string field. This issue should be addressed in an upcoming BE 2.x Hotfix release. Check with TIBCO Support for any available Hotfix.
