Description

Resolution:
In most situations, it means the Hawk agent rv port is occupied by other application.

You can:
-use "netstat -a" to check whether the UDP port (7474) is already used or not.
-use  "netstat -ao" to check which process (PID) is using the UDP port (7474).
-kill the process or change rvd port configure, then restart Hawk agent
