Resolution:
It is a defect, when using EMS as primary transport, Hawk Event Service will use port 7500 by default for AMI commuincation.
To prevent usage of default port 7500, you need to check the Enable Dedicated AMI Session on Event Service tab of the hawk configuration utility if you are using the EMS as the primary transport, you can also set the parameter ami_rvd_session in the hawkevent.cfg file on UNIX/Linux.
