Description:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix (R) Adapter for Files (FA) 5.6.0 supports 32-bit and 64-bit environments for UNIX and Windows platform.

If FA documents support for an operating system, then it is usually supported for both 32-bit and 64-bit environments for that operating system.  This policy applies to both UNIX and Windows.

For example, FA document supports for Windows XP then it is supported on Windows XP Professional x64 Edition also along with regular Windows XP Professional 32 bit Edition.


Limitation and Restrictions:

FA will continue to run like any 32 bit application with ability to address up to 2GB of memory.

Installation Steps:

Please note that, FA does not provide 64 bit packages however 32 bit package can be installed on any 64-bit platform.
