Steps to reproduce:
(1) Deploy BC Remote with console password.
(2) Start BC Remote server.You should get the following exception in log.
> +++ Error initializating TIBCO BusinessConnect Remote
> +++ Error bootstrapping TIBCO BusinessConnect Remote runtime
> +++ String index out of range: 7
Workaround :
While deploying BCRemote, leave the console password file blank.
