Resolution:
The installer comprises the main installer and a another sub-installer under the auxinstallers directory
The error message is generated if the auxinstallers directory does not exists
Solution is to extract the full installer including the auxinstallers directory and its contents. The auxinstallers sub-directory must be located in the same directory as then Technology Plug-in installer
