Resolution:
The "Failure processing configuration record" error indicates that the record is somehow corrupted. Something has corrupted the store file and we would recommend creating a new one. From our past experience with other customers, the "Failure processing configuration record" error seems to disappear when customers reconfigure the RVRD. In order to eliminate the error, you need to have this RVRD reconfigured. If possible, please stop and restart the RVRD by specifying a new configuration file and log file in the command line, and continue configuring the new RVRD as similar to the old one.
