Description: Numerous problem can happen when BWC is used with Oracle 10.2.0.2. Acute symptoms are referential integrity of the TIBCO InConcert database are broken. This is usually seen in conjunction with Oracle DBMS 1410 errors recorded in the InConcert debug logs and row(s) in ID_COUNTERS InConcert table with zeroes in the first two columns once the TIBCO InConcert server is shut down. Please apply FAQ1-8Y2FQA to deal with the immediate issue but that is only a temporary solution. You must upgrade Oracle to have a permanent fix.
Less acute symptoms are various "row not found" errors happening for maybe 10 per cent of the transactions. The "row not found" errors are known to happen for Jobs, Tasks and Pools. Upgrade to Oracle 10.2.0.4 to prevent these errors from happening. Symptoms:
