AppManage throws the following exception when deploying an ear extracted from an application: “com.tibco.infra.repository.RepoSecurityNotAuthorizeException: Can not read a node”.

This error means that the user does not have sufficient permission to perform the operation. A user can deploy an application via AppManage utility only when having both read and write permission on the "data access" folder.  Each user deploying an application must also have write permission to the SYS_domain repository in addition to the application and its application repository.
