Resolution:
This error is usually caused when the temp(e.g. C:\WINDOWS\TEMP ) space has a problem, e.g. not enough space, not sufficient permissions, or the temp files used by Admin and hawkagent have been removed inadvertently when Admin and hawkagent are running.

If temp files used by Admin and hawkagent were removed inadvertently, restarting the Admin and hawkagent should resolve the issue.

Another cause could be Admin version mismatch with TRA(e.g. Admin 5.4 with TRA 5.6), reinstalling the correct version of TRA and/or Admin will resolve the issue in this case.
