No, if you specify more than one store as a destination property i.e. store= $sys.StoreA,$sys.StoreB

The EMS server will display an “ERROR: Configuration error: file=queues.conf, line=xx: errors in line, some options may have been ignored” message and read only the first store listed for that destination.

A single store only can be assigned to a destination. The multiple store feature aloow storage of message filtered by the ‘store’ property.
