Resolution:
In High Availability mode the two installations of IcReporsitory will share the same file directory for the InConcert repository files.  Both hosts must mount the same repository file system and the path must look the same for both hosts.  The same repository port specified in the icrepconfig.xml may either be the same or different.  The LOCATION must specify the repository group name which is found in the icrepconfig.xml file as the first and only branch of &ltrepositoryServers>.  This name may be the same name as the IC SERVER_GROUP but it does not have to be.  You may not use the host:port configuration for the LOCATION as the server may be running on either InConcert host.

You may have more then two InConcert repository server but all must mount the same Repository file directory for the content files that the Repository server access.  

The BASIC mode of the InConcert Repository server is not supported in HA.
