Description

Resolution:
The file name of procfold.icx may be something different.

What is happening is the PC GUI is trying to access the PC GUI system documents which the PC GUI stores information such as the queries you have defined or how you would like your task list sorted.  Either the content file is not accessible, is no longer there or has been corrupted.  The solution is run the attached IcJava program which is found under TIBCO Resolution document.

You must compile the program and use the IcJava7x.jar file in the CLASSPATH.  In addition you will need to have the servlet.jar file from the Java JDK.  The program must be run on the TIBCO InConcert server.

What the program does is remove the system documents for that user.  Any queries he has saved will be lost.
