Resolution:
Problem: The installer complained of not find BE 3.0 version although it was installed.
Resolution: The BE 3.0 version was installed using the tibco user and the BE 3.0.1 was being installed using root user and hence ,the installer could not find the BE 3.0 version.Changed the user to tibco and you were able to install the BE 3.0.1 version sucessfully.
