TIBCO hereby announces its plans to retire TIBCO Adapter for Remedy 5.1.0. TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.1.x and any prior releases of TIBCO Adapter for Remedy.

Although the 5.1.x and any prior releases of this product are already officially obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. At the time of this notification, TIBCO Adapter for Remedy 5.2.0 is the latest release.  

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.  

Service Requests on 5.1.x and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after December 31th, 2009.
