After the release of Infranet 7.0, Portal Infranet has been renamed as Oracle BRM. The Oracle BRM is short for "Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management". It is just a re-branded name, but not a new release of the next-gen of Infranet.
So, according to the product readme file:-
TIBCO Adapter(TM) for Infranet 5.2.0 which supports Infranet 7.2, 7.3, 7.3.1 and 7.4.0, also supports Oracle BRM 7.2, 7.3, 7.3.1 and 7.4.0.
