Resolution:
In our BWSE implementation, we have a BW process which has SOAP over HTTP transport using the service palette. I am using BWSE as stand alone, hence I do not have the service endpoint exposed. I am trying to find the WSDL description location using the default connector port: http://hostname:defaultconnectorport:/inspection.wsil . I can see other service descriptors except this BWSE standalone implementation.

Since you are running a stand alone BW project using BWSE, there is no wire for the JMS (or HTTP) transport inside your matrix project. The node does not know the BW service endpoint, so you can not find the WSDL description location using the node default connector port. You can get the WSDL from the BW implementation.
