TIBCO Adapter for PeopleSoft8 5.3.0 supports 32-bit Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.7, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 (on x86) in addition to the currently supported platforms listed in the product documentation.  

Please note that any new features or functionality available in 32-bit Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.7, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 (on x86) are not necessarily supported by TIBCO Adapter for PeopleSoft8 5.3.0. Please contact Support if there are any questions regarding whether a certain feature is supported by TIBCO Adapter for PeopleSoft8 5.3.0.  

Please refer to the product readme for details on the other supported platforms for TIBCO Adapter for PeopleSoft8 5.3.0.


Limitation and Restrictions:

1> For 32-bit RedHat Enterprise Linux 4.7 (on x86) adapter is supported with PeopleTools 8.45 and above only.

2> For 32-bit RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 (on x86) adapter is supported with PeopleTools 8.49 and above only.


Installation Steps:

Please use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux installation package to install the adapter.  Please follow the installation instruction as detailed in the User's Guide for UNIX installation for more information about installation on this platform.
